At Tennessee Valley Healthcare, our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and community-centered healthcare to individuals and families in the Shoals area. Founded by Elizabeth Dobbs, a lifelong resident of Muscle Shoals with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and 6 years as a nurse practitioner, our practice was born from a deep desire to offer personalized, relationship-based care in a setting that feels like home.

As a nurse, a mother, a wife, and a neighbor, Elizabeth recognized a growing need for accessible, trustworthy, and patient-focused medical services in her own community. With that vision, she established a clinic rooted in integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to improving lives—not just treating symptoms. At Tennessee Valley Healthcare, we believe in listening closely, caring deeply, and partnering with our patients for lifelong wellness.
